The proposal located on Islington Street offers a unique response to the context in which it sits. The design reflects the embedded history and current surroundings and recognises the evolving nature of the Collingwood's built fabric. The commercial office development with a welcoming ground realm, responds to Collingwood's distinctive neighbourhood character while creating a series of landscaped workplace villages above. The proposal aims to be a catalyst in the precinct, providing a lively, engaging and innovative ‘creative warehouse' for the occupants as well as the wider community.

Seddon Square

Stage one release: Walter Lane.
Seddon Square is a brand new, multi-stage development brought to you in collaboration with DKO, Jack Merlo, and Point Polaris. The four uniquely designed quadrants are divided by a spacious urban oasis and neighbours a newly built park by council.
Walter Lane, at the corner of Walter and Albert streets, is the first residential stage of Seddon Square, comprising 77 homes from one to three bedrooms.

Queens Domain

227 luxury apartments over 19 levels, Queens Domain is a sculptural modern residential building overlooking Albert Park. The stunning building, inspired by its iconic surroundings, was designed by DKO Architects with the interiors conceived by Nexus. The apartments boast of imported European flooring and Italian imported kitchens, while the residents have access to communal kitchens, gym, swimming pool and a gorgeous rooftop garden.
Emporia

Nestled in heart of vibrant Prahran, Emporia is home to 140 contemporary apartments, 7 retail stores and a communal garden. The architect behind Emporia, including its amazing façade, was Idle Architecture with the interiors designed in conjunction with Carr. The apartments are fitted internally with high quality European Kitchens and Appliances.
